Police now say he faces a felony theft charge. Bear had asked for a water cup around 10:00 p.m., and even though he was told by an employee it was strictly for water, he proceeded to fill it up with soda and sit outside the restaurant. When a manager confronted him and asked him to pay, the man refused to pay and also refused to leave the premises. The cops were then called.
